Description of Sleepover, Extended Day&Day
4 SPORTS PACKED WEEKS:
Week 1: July 6 to July 11
Week 2: July 13 to July 18
Week 3: July 20 to July 25
Week 4: July 27 to August 1

Resident: Includes 25 - 30 hrs. sport program, all meals, housing, &
some nightly activities. Over three quarters of our enrollment is
comprised of sleepover students. All meals, lodging, formal sports
instruction and some leisure time activities are provided for our campers.
We strongly suggest to get most out of your program
that each
student 9-18 years old enrolls for a minimum of two weeks
most beneficially a 3 or more week period.
LAX* : For 2008 only we are
offering a Sun-Thur or Sun-Fri program. Pricing varies by $50 for Sleepover and
$25 for Day/ Extended Day. Please

Extended
Day:
Includes 25-30hrs. sport program, lunch &
dinner, campers may choose to join nightly activities (9am to 9pm). This
program will be offered to players who live or will be staying off campus
and within commuting distance to Stonehill College.
We recommend Multi-Week Sessions but will also accept commuters as one-week
campers. Day students will report Sunday, 2:00 pm for testing. Group
lessons will be taught Monday through Friday. Day campers will be provided
with lunch at our school dining room. This option is great for those
campers who live near by, but do not want to miss out on the Field Trips we
take every night. It also gives parents the ability to pick up their
campers at a later hour… 9:00pm (or whenever the activity finishes)!

not have option to join nightly activities. This program will be offered to
players who live or will be staying off campus and within commuting

and Payment (ALL SPORTS)
*NIKE/
US SPORTS Camps handles all registrations, however Owners/Directors direct
& run the camp in its entirety.

Registrations made BEFORE May 14th, 2008. (You can still register AFTER May 14th,
however, after that date, you must pay in full). You can register with a $250 per session
deposit, payable by Visa or MasterCard and receive an immediate
confirmation by mail or email. Final payments are due at US Sports by May
14th, payable by personal check or credit card.

We Accept registration right up to the start of camp where
openings exist. For registration made after May 14, 2008 full payment is
due at the time of registration. iv. Cancellations: After you have
registered, if you have to cancel for any reason, you will receive a credit
for 100% of all camp fees paid (deposit or full payment). This credit is
good for 2008 and 2009 and is transferable to another family member for any
Nike (insert sport) Camp. Cash refunds will be given only if you purchase
the $40 Refund Protection and cancel before June 1, 2008 (see below).

Campers who leave camp during their session will receive a
pro-rated camp credit, valid through 2009. In the unlikely event US%
cancels your camp session, we will refund only your camp registration fees.
Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp
cancellation.

Refund Protection: We offer Refund Protection for $40 per session,
payable when you register. If you purchase Refund Protection, and cancel
before June 1, you will receive a refund of all monies paid (excluding the
refund protection fee). If you cancel after June 1,2008, you will receive a
100% credit good for 2008 and 2009 and transferable to another family
member for any Nike/US Sports camp (15 different sports)
